Sent to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council 3 minutes later
I noticed that people were feeding birds, of all kinds, bread. They were along the cars parks facing Radipole lake and rhere aren't any notices to day that birds should not be fed bread because there isn't enough nourishment in it and rats are attracted to the banks to pick up the crumbs. Please place signs there explaining the situation and saying what can be fed to birds: e.g., sweet corn, peas and cabbage. The RSPB centre also has duck food for sale. Thank you.
