Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1044986.

Cars being dumped and left on Pembroke Street either waiting to be serviced by the garage at the top of the street or for the scrap yard. This is taking up residents parking and causing problems. Cars are unable to to turn safety into the street due to terrible parking at the top whilst getting work done on them.

Updates

These cars in questions also either do not have a current MOT or TAX or sometimes both after checking on the DVLA website.
