Car parking close to junction causing danger whilst turning out of or into chalfont drive

The vehicles have been parking close to junction for longer than six months now and often do not move for weeks. Its is difficult to return to the correct side of the road before getting to the junction

Still parked there and blocking the road. It’s beyond ridiculous. Double parked some days too!
