Invasive Japanese Knotweed
Reported anonymously at 21:47, Thu 25 May 2017
Sent to Bolton Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1043359.
There is an infestation of Japanese Knotweed, between the new development on the old Greenwood Hotel, Bowling Green and Craven Court. This as spread via the Rhizomes over a number of years and is now encroaching the boundary wall of Lower Makinson Fold. If it penetrates the boundary it will compromise the integrity of the wall and invade the private land of Lower Makinson Fold. This threat of invasion by Japanese Knotweed emanates of Bolton MBC or Bolton at Home land, and as such should be remediated by the land owners.
