Two way highly dangerous road

Assembly Passage is a two way very narrow road, where cars are often going above the speed limits and cannot cross each other – We've been witnessing many fights on the account that two cars would face each other and none would let the other pass. Some where verbal fights some more violent (physical injuries have been reported due to these fights). As a result we have been calling the police but the street stays the same. This road needs surely to be one way, and speed bumps needs to be installed to avoid neighbours to be hit by cars going to fast (this happened on a numerous account to us, and neighbours).
