Damage to fencing caused by youths on public footpath

The wooden fencing on the public footpath opposite my property (No. 12 Kiln Way) has been damaged yet again. I am also concerned (together with my neighbours) about the amount of litter and dog mess accumulating on this path. I have been cleaning this up regularly since I moved here in 2003, but I'm currently incapacitated due to having had major surgery. I would therefore appreciate it if someone could please look into this at some stage. With thanks in anticipation, Pamela Fisher
