Unsafe wall along length of footpath. Already top section of wall came away on to footpath.

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1040168.

The wall was built in the 1970's and is adjacent to a public footpath. It is also the boundary for properties in Barnard Close, Newport, whose responsibility it is for the upkeep of the wall. Sections of the wall clearly show leaning outwards.
