This fence has been broken for years. It needs about 12 plinths to ensure dogs can't get into the playground. Would this happen in the Meadows, I wonder?

Nobody seems interested in fixing this. I pass regularly and there are dogs inside the play area.

A plastic barricade has been put in one of the gaps. It constantly blows over. The gaps are still there.
