Dangerous arch - needs lights & cleaning

This arch is dangerous - constant drug drop offs and rubbish left everywhere right next to a Primary School. We think adding some lights under the arch would really help. It really needs regular cleaning too - it's extremely unsightly for visitors to the area just leaving the Overground station?
