Dangerous junction for cyclists

Given the number of cyclists accessing Canary Wharf each weekday, this junction is inadequate. Cyclists are forced to share this lane with coaches, buses and other commercial traffic accessing the Wharf. In addition, when the traffic lights are red, cyclists are forced to come to a halt on the hill. Thought needs to be given as to how to improve this junction.
