New 20mph zone

Sent to Carmarthenshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1035315.

30mph signs when heading out of town. Yet this is now designated as a 20mph zone when traveling towards NCE from Adpar. I think when the new 20mph zone was extended some one forgot to remove these.
