Road painted sign

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1034735.

A "keep clear" sign has been painted extremely large on the end of Balmoral Way and many residents painted their house numbers on what my plan says are visitor parking can someone please investigate as the road/number painting is now getting out of hand. I do not want to be seen taking photos. Thank you from a very angry home owner nearby.
