Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1033176.

Music started at 4.50 continuing to get louder with people shouting above music By 7pm it's so loud you cant hear ur own tv and can be heard from bus stop at top of road.
