  • Feedback received via telephone call regarding future plans about removal of hedges in alleyway and replaced by grass. Not happened yet plus amount of litter in alleyway is poor but the collectors can't get to it due to length of hedges.

  • Excessive litter in the alleyway.

Hedges in the alleyway seriously encroaching the walkway. Walkers are snagging their coats and catching their eyes and faces on the overgrown bushes.

I was advised by an Andy (council) that it was ageeed the hedges were going to be removed and covered in grass once the birds had finished nesting. This to date hasn't happened.

  • Hi

Some action was taken in the alleyway next to our house last year. This resulted in the shrubbery being cut back as it was a danger to pedestrians. At the time council officials informed me that the council intended get a digger and remove the roots of the bushes and replace with grass once the birds had finished nesting.

To date this hasn’t been done. Therefore it should remain open?

Also the alleyway is littered with rubbish. I’ve reclaimed some land at the side of the house which belonged to 10 Huntingdon way and tidied it up but the rest of the alley is disgusting.
