The pedestrian crossing cancels out the request to cross.

I've stood for what seems to be ages for the lights to give way to pedestrians crossing. But the request gets cancelled.

Pedestrians are having to chance crossing without any safety lights stopping the traffic.

Thank you for your report. An engineer will be sent to investigate this issue.
