Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 19:01, Wed 3 May 2017
Sent to Copeland Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1031685.
More and more people are parking cars and wheelie bins on the pavements, so that prams and disabled wheel chairs can not pass and have to go onto road, this an accident waiting to happen, hope you can do something about it.

Seams its low priority, wheel chairs and prams having to go onto the road to get past, maybe a couple of parking tickets will deter the offenders. the bins are for Gardens and cars are for roads.
