The concrete road outside of our houses is breaking up due to the bus routes for the nos. 90 , 50 being rerouted down throgmorton road to salcombe rd . the concrete slabs are breaking up and rocking every time a bus goes over it and causes a loud thumping noise and vibration to travel through our homes which makes ornaments and crockery and other things rattle, my , next door no. 22 says he has cracks appearing in his ceiling , this problem effects house nos. 18,20,22,24,26,28,11,13,15,17,19 throgmorton road as this happens every ten minutes with buses going up and down the road day and night it also effects our sleep at nights we get approx. 12 buses a hour so problem very regular, this has been going on now for over a year and we have made contact with you over this problem many times but to no result.we would very much like you to investigate the problem and fix it asap. the top of throgmorton rd was repaired for this reason between creswicke rd and Newquay rd before bus route altered. we would like a surveyor to attend to investigate problem and if necessary I can be contacted , my name is keith brock my house is no. 24 you can contact me on phone no. 07901575136 or email brocky54@blueyonder.co.uk. look forward to problem being resolved asap
