Household rubbish has been fly-tipped on to Chelsfield Lane, partially blocking the road for passing traffic.

  • This part of Chelsfield Lane has for the past year or so become badly littered and is used by whomever to tip along with other surrounding country roads. You cannot use any of the side roads around here without seeing litter and tipped rubbish. Its about time that the council started to actively search for and prosecute the offenders even if this means investing in camera equipment to catch them. In the long run it would prove cheaper than having to pay for clearing up all the time, and in time the message would get through, enough is enough Bromley Council get on and actively do something everybody around here wants it. Regards a resident of Chelsfield lane fed up with litter and rubbish.
