Over a month ago the footpath was lifted to remove bumps but the reinstatement has left a trip hazard and the cones are still laying across the footpath over a month later. I have attached previous emails.

To whom it may concern,
Footpath issue outside 104 Overbury Crescent, New Addington, CR00LP
I am writing in the hope that you can assist in correcting a defective footpath outside my property.
There used to be a section of footpath outside of my driveway that had a couple of lumps on it. This was recently sprayed with marker paint for repair works to be completed. I have attached images of this and you can see that there had been previous repairs across the footpath and several patches instead of continuous asphalt as well as cracks across the asphalt in the before pictures.
The work completed has left the footway in a worse state than ever and I have attached pictures showing the trip hazard and damaged asphalt near the edges since the work has been carried out.
I have contacted the contactor O’Rourke Contracting PLC (Glenn Backland) and they have advised that there is no issue here and that the footpath does not have any defect even though you can clearly see that there was no trip hazard before the works was carried out.
Since the work has been done my 3 year old has tripped on the on the trip hazard already and neighbours have complained to me that it is dangerous.
Kind Regards,
Barry Unwin

Traffic management was left on the roadside for weeks and email replies say that someone will look at it but nothing further. My 1st phone call with the contractor I was told there was no defect and the 150mm rule and 6mm trip hazard does not apply to their works.

No response at all. Further carriageway repairs have been done due to the damage being caused by the new bus rote down the road. But nothing has been done about the trip outside my property.
