Bins overflowing - have not been emptied for a week

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by John Foulger at 09:28, Thu 20 April 2017

Sent to Edinburgh City Council 2 minutes later

The bins are all full and people are leaving their rubbish bags on the ground which then get ripped apart by the seagulls. Some Asian tourists were taking pictures yesterday. They probably couldn't believe that a council would be happy with rubbish strewn across a World Heritage Site.
