Allyway

In recent days I have noticed odd activities happening within the footpath out the back of my garden. To the very end of the passageway their is another gate to a garden but it is full of hedges and is very enclosed. The ally way is surrounded on either side by families and their young children. The young males looked to be very suspicious and smoking very long ( cigarettes) I noted bright blue long rolling papers. Not only do I not recognise these males as residents of the area but they returned to the ally way in total three times leaving lastly via going over the back of number 24a garden which has been reported numerous times by other residents. I do have some pictures that I took very reluctantly because of other people's privacy.
