WCC has already attended to trees situated on a public footpath at 35 Westfield Crescent in Wellesbourne as the trees are causing danger to the property and the homeowner, Andy Keogh is concerned about the welfare of his 8 year old daughter. The trees are interfering with their amenity and overhanging branches need to be removed. Please can you email me on anne@anne-parry.co.uk to advise what action you are proposing to take. The trees by the public footpath are interfering with the homeowner's amenity and they do not believe their back garden is safe for their 8 year old child to play, particularly on windy days.
