Vehicle abandoned for several weeks. Parked on road used by care home staff and visitors as well as medical and emergency services. Believed connected to another abandoned van parked in front of it.BBJ552Y

  • Following an initial assessment, the vehicle is taxed or holding a valid MOT. Vehicles which are taxed, have an MOT, are insured, or otherwise appear maintained and in use cannot be treated as abandoned and fall outside the scope of enforcement action.

    No further action will be taken and the case is now closed. Should the vehicle’s condition change or new evidence arise indicating it meets abandonment thresholds, please submit a new report.
