Area about 3x2 meters has sunk about 20-30cm creating quite a dip. Certainly feel it in a car and could be dangerous for cyclists

Reported in the Potholes category by Raz Khan at 08:48, Wed 5 April 2017

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council 2 minutes later

This has appeared in last 2 weeks. Concerned there's a collapsed drain and it could collapse further.

  • The council responded quickly and acknowledged the report the same morning. The next day they sprayed some paint markings around it. Since then nothing has happened at it appears to be getting worse. Anyone taking the dip at speed is likely to damage their car.

  • Despite the fast acknowledgement from the council nothing has happened apart from the dip being marked with paint. I drive very cautiously around it, but anyone not knowing it's there gets a serious jolt and perhaps damage to their car.
