Confusion about name of the street - Northway or Sunderland Avenue

Hello, I live at no. 1 Sunderland Avenue, and suffer continually from people not knowing where Sunderland Avenue starts. Since writing to you in 2015, I have persuaded the Ordnance Survey mapping team to change their maps so that the whole road is now called Sunderland Avenue and the name Northway has disappeared. I notice that ythe council now has a yellow sign up warning that "Northway" will be closed for two nights from April 12. I wish you would do away with calling this street "Northway" altogether: it only causes endless confusion. The street sign says very clearly that Sunderland Avenue starts at the Cutteslowe roundabout, yet your maps are still confusing delivery men, taxi and other drivers into thinking that Sunderland Avenue starts where the service road starts, which is actually where no. 13 is; having driven past us they find it very difficult to turn round and find their way back again. The other confusion is that people often end upon the wrong (north) side of the street where they see "no. 1" but don't realise that it is no. 1 Summers Place, not Sunderland Avenue. The whole thing is very confusing. Alastair Thompson.
