Abandoned red/burgundy Raleigh bike frame, locked to the bike rack on the north side of Bethnal Green Road, near Shoreditch train station. Just a frame, no pedals, handlebar, chain, saddle, wheels, brakes etc. Please remove it, it looks a mess, it's taking up space on the street and the bike rack.
