Poor road signage - witnessed 2nd near miss in 2 months

For the second time in 2 months I have seen a very close miss. Poor road signage is causing vehicles coming West along the B4526 to think that they do not have to give way to the cars travelling North West along the road from Goring Heath. Both times the drivers did not look left at all at the junction. The road markings are poor and the signage is obscured by grime. If I have witnessed several near misses in the once a day I travel along that part of the road, at various times I am sure it will only be a matter of time before there is a serious RTA - Please correct this situation! Even the map makes it look like the junction is the way people are erroneously navigating it!
