Overgrown hedge

You have recently reported that this is not OCC problem stating that the land does not belong to OCC. however this is incorrect, the hedge forms the border between the developers land and the OCC land on Bourne Lane. It is on the Bourne Lane side that has overgrown and is a hazard to walkers. Please have another look at this problem and sort it out.
