The tree outside my property

For a number of years we have been concerned about the tree in the grass verge outside my bungalow bed room , we have been in this bungalow for 30 years and it has grown very big and wide , causing it to be closer to our bungalow, Over the years there has been a lot of work done close to this tree and is on going at present , We have has new Gas pipes laid in the footpath next to the tree and I saw the men having to cut the roots for the gas pipes tat was a few years ago , now Virgin are putting in cables and a manhole has been put in the pavement , and at the moment the grass verge has been dug up for the cables next to the tree , close to the roots The point is when storm Doris hit us the other week that tree was swaying and I saw the trunk moving , branches came off too and was reported and collected, , The leaves to the tree are a problem also now as we get them in our guttering at the front and BACK of the bungalow also on the patio , this is a problem to us as we are in our late 70's like all our neighbours along this road , and we all have disabilities at our age
