There is a gully infront of the main entrance of flat 18-23 Bishop Terrace, BS2 9JR. The gully has completely blocked for few yeras, the silt and debris level in %100. When its rain the gully couldnt drain the rain and always that small road is flood. Sometimes the resident of those 6 flated who use that entrance are stuck inside or having difficulty to go in or out. We reallly appreciate if you could ask your drainage inspector and gully cleaning team to clean that gully. We really appreciate your help, its not fair infront of that main intrance are flooded with a light rain and nobody do any thing about this. thanks.
