The road has built up over the years and the gutter has sunken. This means that every time use my drive the car often hits the road. Now with new car I am damaging my front bumper and frightened to use car. Car insurance covers only car on driveway overnight and also do not want to park on our racing track street. Please can someone come and see me as I am now desperate having repeatedly raised this going back 3 years. I was promised a couple of weeks ago it was urgent and some one would contact me by now. Just spent 40 mins waiting on your line with no one answering.

  • With continued damage to car have decided to hire contractor to raise kerb stones and make good. Job being done 18 Sept 2026.
