For years and years now the council have done nothing to stop the off road bikes being constantly driven in the green behind Hind Close and also the main park with the playing fields. Families and children use these areas to take their children and dogs out to enjoy the park and green. We are all constantly being harassed by youths on off road bikes being driven on the main path and destroying the green and park not too mention stolen bikes then being set on fire, thus damaging the pathways!! Why are the council not doing anything to protect the public? The police are constantly bending called down yet they are powerless due to laws not allowing them to chase the youths. Even the police say the council should stop this. The council do less maintenance each year on the green and they are quick to blame budget cut backs, yet our council tax does not go down! The Police have informed us that the council have put new barriers in place in other parks to stop bikes, so why have they done nothing in Tremorfa and Pengam Green.
