Pathway and Road Obstruction

Footpath and road obstruction. I wish to report an ongoing obstruction and potential safety hazard outside 16 Robin Hill Drive.

Contractors working at the property have left building materials, debris and associated items outside the premises, causing obstruction to both the public footpath and the road.

This is creating a potential danger to pedestrians using the footpath, who may be forced to manoeuvre around the materials or step into the road. It also presents a risk to passing and parked vehicles, particularly where materials or debris encroach onto the carriageway.

I am concerned that an accident or damage to a vehicle could occur if the area is not cleared and made safe.

I would therefore ask that this is inspected as soon as possible and that the property owner/contractors are instructed to remove or properly secure any materials and debris obstructing the public highway and footpath.
