Once again we have to put up a post about these street bins in cliff Street smelling terrible service a rat come out the other day and go down the grid in the entry how many time have we got to complain about this 4 years without being cleaned if you can clean the outside of them why not the inside please get them cleaned please the smell is terrible when the weather is hor
