Road sign

This is not a pothole problem. This is about an illegible road sign. It is almost impossible to read the sign ‘ Cypress Grove’ where it is so worn, it is attached to my fence. I have had people ring my doorbell to ask where Cypress Grove is. It needs replacing. Can it please be a free standing replacement rather than attached to my fence.
