Some of the neighbiours activities cause serious inveromental impact. This gay ( I believe his name is John from flat 67), from Sidford Road represents very uncivilised behaviour. 1) He drives his old mini van regularly over the ornamental bushes. He louds and unloads the scrap and keep some of scrap around the corner by the gas meters. He repairs the van and other agrogultar machines on the parking base. ( Please have a look attached pictures). I was in shock when I saw him smoking cigarette and added fuel to the tractor.... All area (parking base), near the bike shead and by the gas meters are covered by the oil/diesel spealage and looks absolutely discusting! Some of oil were disposed in to the ground by the bushes ( part of bushes are gone)... By the bike shead you can find some filings of cutted metals. Some of parts are splited and some rubbishes are throwed away behind the fence. I have to mentioned, that I have personally cleaned the area last summer, brushed regularly. Spealage of oil is left on the parking base and spreaded on pavement... This behaviour is not acceptable and it looks like he got not respect for other neighbours and environment. To be honest I will be happy to let him relocated. He is not deserving the place and I am very convenient that some of people will appreciate the possibility to leave at flat no 67 with all courtesy, politeness, having good manners; respecting others and yourself...
