Big chunk of the road missing

I am reporting a serious group of potholes and significant deterioration of the road surface/edge at this location. I have reported this problem several times previously, but I have been told that the defect could not be found. This is extremely difficult to understand because the damage is substantial and clearly visible. The condition has now reached the point where vehicles, including large lorries, are actively trying to avoid the damaged section. In doing so, vehicles are being forced off the proper road surface and onto the soil/verge alongside the road. This is not a minor surface defect. It presents a potential safety risk and could cause damage to vehicles. The repeated movement of heavy vehicles onto the verge is also causing further deterioration to the road edge and surrounding ground. Please arrange for a proper inspection of this location and ensure that the entire damaged section is inspected, rather than looking only for a single pothole. As this has already been reported several times without being located or resolved, I would appreciate confirmation that an inspector has attended the correct location and that appropriate repairs will now be arranged.
