Virtually all the tall street lights around Capricorn quay are not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10049449.

The whole row along the quay ( in front of the new pontoons) is almost out ( eg around the bust of plimsoll ) only a couple working It is now dark before 8 and the area has virtually no lighting
