Loose manhole cover which Thames Water is aware of but has not rectified. It has been damaged for several months and is creating a noise pollution problem.

This damaged manhole cover on the Andover Road in Highclere has been causing severe noise pollution like a hammer blow for approx 4months. Although TW has sprayed blue paint around it, it appears not to be a priority. However, the terrible echoing noise emitted twice from each vehicle is thunderous and travels a long distance. It keeps us up at night and ruins what was a quiet garden. It cannot be ignored as it penetrates through into the house even when doors and windows are closed. Please can this be resolved asap.
