Rubble on road

Huge amounts of rubble all along oxford road. This is left over from when pot holes were recently filled. Unfortunately this rubble is now being run over by vehicles and presents an obvious hazard with bits of stone flying up from passing cars when they drive over it. I would have thought this is dangerous for cyclists ect. Lastly unfortunately some of this rubble has been used by vandals to break car windows ect.
