I had an email from The Council staying they had inspected the area and would now arrange for the repairs be undertaken, but at the moment it's not actually repaired but it looks imminent.

Had email from Council stating problem fixed. It wasn't, and I emailed them to say so. They have since returned and removed one bollard from the site but the second damaged bollard is still on site. Presume someone is now dealing.

Was told repaired some time ago, but not. Someone then came round after I reported to them directly that problem remained and removed one broken bollard but nothing fine since then (several weeks).

Still as it was, only now the bollard that was askew but still on island is now completely knocked over on the island. No idea where the first bollard went to. It was taken away but no one ever returned. This has been going on for three months easily, which I would have thought was outside the most kenient job-ticket response time for contractors.

Original issue with first bollard not resolved although at one point it was reported as fixed. That bollard was eventually removed from site and now second bollard which was also damaged is now removed as well.

Same comment as before - bollards removed from site as damaged and never replaced.

All details as noted previously. Two pedestrian bollards removed as damaged from island and never replaced. Ironic that after I reported initial bollard as damaged I had email from Council stating I could have come to them directly rather than through FMS, and they’ve never in fact contacted me again OR fixed the issue, which now must be outstanding nearly a year.

Nothing to add to last several messages. They've clearly decided to wait until someone is knocked down at the pedestrian island before reinstating the safety bollards.

Sane response as previous updates. I’m going to contact Norwich County Council directly now.
