Road surface subsiding and breaking up

As Title, the carrieagway here traveling to Shrivenham is failing leaving deep ruts to catch cyclists wheels in. This road is currently for the next 6 months in heavy use by traffic due to the constant roadworks on the A420. The road will get much worse over winter if no intervention.

    Traffic lights were in place towards the end of August, but nothing happened. Road failing both sides on this stretch. Bad incidents last year where similar occurred nearer Shrivenham
