Very uneven footpath

The footpath is in very bad condition and very uneaten due to the roots of the trees also my paving in the back of my property is being damaged due to the roots can somebody please look into this issue and have it resolved so I can start again with my rear garden this has been like this for years but is now causing my property to be damaged due to the roots of the trees.
