Why was FixMyStreet ref: 9934321. closed with no explanation ? The footpath resembles a council tip and looks like more deviants have been dumping rubbish there. It is a health hazard and very unpleasant for residents Families etc to have to walk on there. If you are closing tickets please provide an explanation…
