Recent repair breaking up with water leaking

A large pothole was repaired some months ago. The edge of this repair has been leaking dirty water for some time and seems to be getting worse and has started to break up the repair. There is also water coming out if some cracks adjacent to the hole. I have to leave my bin next to the hole and leak as the cars and buses splash the water and stones onto my driveway and all over my cars and stakn the plastic trims. I have reported to Thames water who came out and checked sewer and said all clear. I have since reported it again to the clean water department.
