Abandoned council and commercial bins
Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10032888.
These bins had been placed by the fire exit of the Liverpool school of performing arts (LIPA) on the Pilgrim street side. These do not belong to LIPA. They have now been moved to the street to avoid blocking the fire exit. It appears Liverpool council has put stickers on them, which may suggest the council moved them themselves. Please have the bins permanently removed as they are now on the street in the public realm.
