Fly tipping

This is beyond disgusting !!… there is always fly tipping at these bins located on Gilead Street opposite The Liver Vaults pub. There seems to be a bag of medication boxes, don’t know whether full or not but a name on them which I have included. I m assuming but the contents of the dump it’s from a student accommodation. There is no address but I wasn’t rifling through to get info….. nothing gets done about the reports which have been going on for years here !!…. Something needs to be done as it’s getting out of control, it’s happening on a weekly basis in this area!!!!
