Parked on Weedon Hill, Hyde Heath, near busy junction with Brays Lane

The van has been left there for months, and has not moved. It appears to be taxed and Mot-ed, so I wonder if it has been reported stolen? It is causing a very real visibility issue for drivers, especially when pulling out of Brays Lane on to Weedon Hill / Hyde Heath Road, as it is blocking the view of any traffic coming from the the right / Weedon Hill direction. This is already a challenging junction, with many drivers ignoring Highway Code guidance on parking close to junctions / on footpaths, and this van seemingly being abandoned on the road is adding to the issue, causing danger to pedestrians (it is close to the village infant school and a residential home for elderly people, who use this footpath to reach the village shop, the church and other amenities)
