Stones/Tarmac everywhere

The road was recently re-done, however all up Caerleon road and the pavements are in a terrible state! The job hasn't been done properly. There are tarmac and stone chippings flying constantly when cars use the road causing cars to get chipped and a danger to pedestrians. The pavements are covered in stones and you can see it on the roads where the tarmac has already lifting or hasn't been rolled down properly. Why can't the council do a decent job, now it will cost more to sort and clean up the mess, us tax payers are paying for this!!
