Broken manhole cover

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1001103.

There is a manhole cover which has been broken again by traffic passing over it - the noise is really bad now and is keeping me awake at night. I can't really have windows open either as it makes such a loud clanging. The manhole cover is opposite the Morrisons cut through about half way down commercial road, just outside glendower house (B&B).
